First, tonight will be our last Thursday night live class. Vida Fitness at the Yards has contracted me for live Thursday classes to members.

Payment is required to receive link and password for login to the ONLINE ZOOM CLASSES. Once your payment is verified you will receive an email with the link and password to the virtual class selected.

Second, there is a free choreography breakdown class tomorrow. you just have to sign up for it. Provided by Starry Internet Services & Vida Fitness. We will be learning the choreography to “Clima Quente” by Pabllo Vittar.
