Freestyle Dance Fitness® aka FDF is moving in to a new year and new era, we have a new logo a new website, new videos coming, new FreePopGear and other events.
January 22nd FDF will be in Tampa, Florida performing in an Urban Dance Fitness Choreographers Masterclass! If you are in the area please stop by, for details and tickets follow this link. Urban Dance Fitness Mega Master Class 2017!
We have a new logo if you noticed FdF “Freestyle Dance Fitness” the new logo represents our slick and sharp dance choreographies. Our logo comes in all colors and we will have new razorbacks, sweat pants and leggings next month, check back soon, all that sign up this month will be getting some special gifts next month! We will have our FreePopGear here next month for you to purchase for class, to hang or just cause you love FdF!

We will be getting a new location hopefully by March for extra classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday so you can Freestyle almost every day of the week, no excuses! Classes will be pay per class initially, we are hoping to have DJ Miggl there as well, it will be located one block from the Tenleytown Metro.

Classes are Mondays at 5:30pm, Wednesdays at 6:30pm and Saturdays at 11:30am.
Don’t forget to logon to your Equinox app and Book your class the day before, there is limited space and the class must be booked in advance.
