How to have a great day!!!

A few tips on how to have a great day! 

Get up early! If you are not a morning person it’s okay just try to get up at a reasonable time that enjoy some of the morning!

Take a good shower, pamper yourself in the morning , use some bath wash with a scent that you love so it gives you a little smile!

Breakfast! Aaaaah the money important meal of the day, don’t cheat yourself, this is the time that you want to have a great meal, remember low on the salt and fats! Protein is always great, have some of your carbs in the am you will have more time in the day to burn off some of those carbs. 

Stretch, take a moment to give your entire body a stretch! Always remember take care of your body it’s going to be with you for a long time. Remember when you were a kid and as you were growing you woke every morning requiring that stretch…you need to keep doing that. Keep giving yourself that morning stretch.

Play some music! Yes, play some good uplifting music with some great lyrics. “I wanna dance with somebody”, “make it happen”, “get into the groove” anything that has a motivation for just making you feel good!

Take your vitamins, don’t forget sometimes your breakfast does not have all the essential vitamins and minerals you need, so take a few supplements if you need them.

Get dressed, get ready! Take out your clothes, take the time to make yourself look good, make up, hair, clothing and shoes. Start the day wearing something that makes you feel good! Let’s show everyone how good we feel!
